2 bodies found

PESHAWAR, Aug 27: Two decomposed bodies of unidentified men were recovered by police in limits of Chamkani and Khazana police stations here on Saturday, police said.

An official of the Chamkani police said body of a man, about 33 years old, who had been killed somewhere else, was recovered from the Tarnab Canal. “The body, which could not be recognised, had been shifted to local morgue for autopsy,” he said.An official of Khazana police said a youth's body was recovered from the local agriculture fields but it could not be identified. He said the man did not seem to be from the area otherwise the people would have recognised it.

He said the body had been shifted to the mortuary and efforts made to locate relatives of the deceased. —Bureau Report
