ISLAMABAD, Aug 21: The capital Police on Sunday arrested six outlaws including two women swindlers and a female drug pusher and recovered looted items, hashish and weapons from their possession.

The sources said Shahzad Town police arrested two women, Yasmeen and Maryam, for possessing gold bangles worth Rs70,000 which they took away from Ms Saadia while travelling on a passenger van.

They confessed their involvement in several such incidents.

Tarnol police arrested a female drug pusher, Rabia Munir, for possessing over 2kg hashish.

Sabzi Mandi police nabbed Mohammad Shafique for possessing over 2kg hashish.

Meanwhile, Sihala police nabbed Nayyer Ali for possessing a 30-bore pistol and 90 rounds.

Similarly, Koral police arrested Amjad Ali for having 12-bore gun and 55gms heroin. — APP
