LAHORE, Nov 15: Human Rights Society of Pakistan chairman S. M. Zafar on Thursday condemned the massacre of Pakistanis in Afghanistan by the Northern Alliance and urged the government to use its good offices to put an end to the killing.

In a statement he said Pakistanis, wherever and in whatever capacity they might be, were the citizens of Pakistan and it was the primary duty of the government to protect their lives.

He urged the world human rights organizations to raise their voice and make efforts to get such a crime stopped.
