CHARSADDA, Aug 9: Eight persons were killed in different incidents in various parts of the district on Tuesday.

Two persons were shot dead and four others wounded in exchange of fire between two groups in Mirabad Pul. Patwari Mohammad Omar and Taimoor were killed on the spot while four passers-by suffered injuries.

In Sar Dheri, Raz Mohammad and Niaz Mohammad stabbed Faiz Mohammad to death after exchange of hot words with him. The wife of the deceased lodged FIR against the accused at Sar Dheri police station.

In yet another incident, Nehar and Omar Gul shot dead Nabi Gul, son of Rehman Uddin, over a dispute on cattle fodder in Batgram area.

In Prang area, Zahiruddin gunned down Rizwanullah over an old enmity. Malang, son of Bahadur Sher, was shot dead over a dispute among children in Pir Kala area of Shabqadar.

Separately, Saddam, 21, son of Zahir Shah of Sardariab, and Ehtisham, 27, of Tarangzai, committed suicide after shooting themselves due to unknown reasons.
