Seven injured in tribal clash

Larkana, Nov 1: Seven persons were injured on Friday night in a clash between the Magsi and the Brohi tribes in Shahdadkot.

The clash occurred after both the groups clashed over occupancy of a seat in a passenger bus. The two groups opened indiscriminate firing at the Sujwal Chowk.

The injured were identified as Haqnawaz, Ghulam Mohammed, Ali Hassan (Brohis), Altaf Hussain, Zahid Hussain and Zulfikar (Magsis). The identity of a person could not be ascertained.

All were after shifted to the Chandka Medical College Teac-hing Hospital, Larkana, after being treated at a local hospital.

Police is said to have picked up certain suspects to contain the situation.

KIDNAPPED: A girl, Tanzila, daughter of Mohammed Soomro, was kidnapped by four persons, including two women, from Dharmaho on Friday.

On the compliant of Soomro, the Dhamraho police have registered an FIR against Mehboob alias Chhotoo Jamali, Moham-med Umar, Bahgiran and Rani.
