RAWALPINDI, July 12: Police booked a woman on the charges of attempted suicide along with her three children here on Monday, police said.

Police said when people saw a woman lying on the rail track along with her children, they removed them moments before train's arrival.

Tahira Batool wife of Sarfraz Ahmed had a quarrel with her husband over some domestic issues which drove her to attempt suicide.

Police said when her husband left for job, she took her three children with her and reached the rail track in Dhoke Charaghdin.

Some passersby, who saw her lying on there with children, removed her from the track.

Later, they handed her over to the local police who booked her on the charges of attempted suicide.
