ISLAMABAD, Oct 30: Pakistan Museum of Natural History (PMNH) will open new vistas for children by arousing their curiosity about nature.

This was stated by the federal minister for education, science and technology, Prof Ataur Rahman, while inaugurating the museum at Shakarparian on Wednesday.

The minister said the museum would be a great source of information about natural history and heritage of the country.

The PMNH has two display galleries in which hundreds of dioramas and other exhibits are displayed. It contains more than 200,000 natural history specimens including plants, animals, rocks, minerals, and fossils.— APP
