HYDERABAD, July 3: The general council of the Sindh Squash Association (SSA) unanimously elected its office-bearers for a four-year term in a meeting held here on Sunday.

Dewan Mohammad Yousuf Farooqui was elected as chairman SSA, Tahir Jamil Khanzada as president, Javed Saeed Shaikh as senior vice-president, while professor Najeeb Channa, Mohammad Imran Khan and Mohammad Arif Naveed were chosen as vice presidents by the general council.

Moreover, Mohammad Amir Khan was voted as honorary secretary and Abdul Samad Khan Sherwani as honorary treasurer.

Likewise, the executive committee consisted of Jamil Ahmed Khan, Agha Nasrullah Durrani, Shaikh Abdul Rahman, Aijaz Shaikh, Imdad Ali Qureshi, Shafqat Hussain Makani, Mirza Asher Baig, Muhammad Yameen Abro, Mrs Tariq Shaikh and Mrs Saba Arshad.

Ali Nawaz Khaldi also attended the polls as observer from the Sindh Sports Board.—Staff Correspondent
