BADIN, July 1: A farmer has appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan and other higher authorities to get his land vacated from influential encroachers.

Haji Abdul Jabbar Gopang said a a press conference here on Friday that a man who pretended to be an army officer had usurped his land with the help of his henchmen.

He said that he was being threatend with dire consequences if he did not withdraw his right over the land.

He urged the CJP and other higher authorities to do him justice and take action against the alleged encroachers because local authorities had expressed helplessness to dispossess the influential encroachers.
