KARACHI, June 28: Hosts Korangi Baloch and Sharafi Mohammadan won their matches in the Korangi Baloch Challenge Cup Football Tournament at the Korangi Baloch Football Stadium here on Monday.

Korangi Baloch thrashed Bawan Shah Welfare Centre Malir 6-0 with Abdul Jabbar (eighth and 17th min), Abdul Hafeez (12th and 35th min) and Zainul Abedin (40th and 48th min) getting two goals each.

Sharafi Mohammadan beat Babul Sports Lyari 3-1. Naveed (19th min), Rasheed (27th min) and Azam (38th min) scored for Sharafi while Mohammad Asif (22nd min) reduced the margin for Babul Sports.—Sports Reporter
