KARACHI, June 23: Karachi and Mirpurkhas reached the final of the NBP Sindh Inter-region U-16 Hockey Championship at the Hockey Club of Pakistan here on Thursday.
Karachi edged out Larkana 1-0 with Abrar Ahmed getting the goal in the 59th minute.
Mirpukhas drew 1-1 with Sukkur. Even though Sukkur scored first through Saquib Ali in the eighth minute, Mirpukhas restored parity through Farhan Ahmed in the ninth minute.
The final between Karachi and Mirpukhas will be played at 5.00pm on Friday.
