KARACHI, June 21: Hyderi Baloch Lyari and Malir Union triumphed in the two matches played in the All-Karachi Korangi Baloch Challenge Cup Football Tournament at the Korangi Baloch Stadium here on Monday.

Hydri Baloch Lyari beat Sahabdad Star Malir 2-0 with Aijaz Butt (27th min) and Mohammad Sharif (42nd min) scoring the goals.

In the other match, Malir Union defeated Young Malir 3-1 on penalty kicks after the match remained locked at 1-1 at full time. Malir Union scored first through Mohammad Asif (27th min) and Young Malir restored parity through Mohammad Waseem (38th min). Later, Malir Union untilised more penalty kicks to win the match.
