LAHORE: An organising committee has been constituted by the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) for the World Cup 2014 qualifying round match to be played between Pakistan and Bangladesh at the Punjab Stadium here on July 3.

According to a statement issued by the PFF, the committee will be headed by the secretary Punjab government, Haseeb Ather, while other members include PFF Secretary Lt Col (retd) Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi, DG Sports Jamshaid Noori, Additional Secretary Punjab Sports Babar Shafi and Pervaiz Saeed, who serves as Director Operations at the PFF.

It is pertinent to mention that FIFA had confirmed the tour of Bangladesh to Pakistan which was in doldrums after the visitors had expressed security concerns.
