MUZAFFARABAD: Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday said that the government and the intelligence agencies were responsible for Pakistan’s deteriorating security situation, DawnNews reported.

Speaking to a gathering in Azad Kashmir, he said the Kashmir dispute should be resolved in light of the United Nations' resolutions.

He criticised the PPP-led coalition government at the centre and said the government was continuing with its corrupt practices and had no regard for the hardworking poor of the country.

Moreover, Nawaz said that no one would be permitted to compromise Pakistan's national interests and blamed the government and the intelligence agencies for the country’s security situation. — DawnNews
