ISLAMABAD, Oct 26: To commemorate the occupation of Jammu and Kashmir by the Indian forces 51 years ago, the Kashmiris settled in Islamabad and Rawalpindi will bring out rallies in the twin cities to mark the Black Day on Sunday.

Jammu and Kashmir Youth Council will hold a rally outside the head office of UN Observers in Morgah, Rawalpindi at 11am.

In Islamabad, the Alliance of Youth Organizations will bring out a rally in front of the UN office at Pak-Saudi Tower at 10:30am.
