ISLAMABAD, May 21: A 20-year-old girl was allegedly raped by four persons, police said on Saturday.

SF, a resident of G-11, told Kohsar police that she was gang raped by friends of her boyfriend in a house at G-8.

She said she was kidnapped from Super Market and taken to G-8 Markaz and subjected to gang rape by the accused.

When her mother approached Margalla police for registration of a case, they just entered the incident in their diary.

On Friday, she approached Kohsar police who registered the case and arrested two accused — UP and UJ. Police said UP was an old friend of the girl.

The arrested persons told the police that the girl came with her mother to a restaurant in Super Market on Thursday. After some time, the girl came out leaving behind her mother, and left with UP. Later, the two reached the house of UP’s friend identified as OJ in G-8, where OJ’s friends HC and MW also joined them.

The girl and UP remained together in the house for about 30 minutes. What happened during these 30 minutes is still not known.

The police said after the departure of UP from the house, his friends – OJ, HC and MW –raped the girl.— Staff Reporter
