QUETTA, March 22: The Inspector-General of Balochistan Police, Malik Mohammad Iqbal, on Tuesday suspended four policemen, including an assistant sub-inspector, and ordered an inquiry against them.
According to sources, truck drivers blocked the National Highway in Bostan area, accusing policemen deployed in the area of extorting money from them on the pretext of checking their papers.Taking note of the incident, the IGP suspended the four policemen.—APP
