Elections in Balochistan fair: Mengal

QUETTA, Oct 12: Balochistan governor Justice (R) Amirul Mulk Mengal has said the polling was conducted in a fair, transparent and peaceful manner in the province.

Talking to the members of the European Union Observation Mission, led by Ms Margarida Alves, here on Friday, he said,” No untoward incident happened anywhere in the province except a few minor ones.”

The observers lauded the arrangements and thanked the governor for providing them with necessary facilities to observe polling in the province.—APP
