LAHORE, March 12: Thieves took away the car of a lady doctor from Mohni Road on Saturday.
Parked in a blind alley late on Friday night, the silver colour Mehran (LEA 1239) was missing the following morning and only marks depicting that the vehicle was dragged several metres on the road were visible.
A complaint was lodged with the Lower Mall police.
Dacoity and theft incidents have been on the rise for the last couple of months in Mohni Road and Karim Park areas but the police concerned have taken no steps to address public complaints.
