PESHAWAR, Oct 3: The district bar association asked the government here the other day to send the murder case of Pishtakhara Union Council Nazim Fayyaz Khalil to the anti-terrorism court within 15 days.

The Peshawar District Bar Association (PDBA), at an emergency meeting, also demanded that Capital City Police Chief Khursheed Alam be transferred as he had allegedly awarded prizes to the police party which had killed the Nazim.

The meeting, presided over by PDBA chief Sher Afgan Khattak, was addressed by association General Secretary Sher Afgan, Naeem Jan, Arbab Bukhtiar, Qayyum Sarwar, Fida Gul, Saifullah, Daud Ahmad, Shoukat Yousafzai, Khaista Gul, Khursheed Gul.
