NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Nov 11: A widow was murdered by her brother and nephew, in village Pir Qadir Bux Shah near Halani, late on Saturday night.

Shehzadi (55) had 25 acres of land, which she wanted to give to her son Nagar Khan, 22. But her brother Sher Khan and nephews were forcing her to transfer that piece of land to their name.

On her refusal, on Saturday night, they murdered her and threw her body in a well. On Sunday morning, a shepherd spotted the body and informed Edhi centre, which took over the body and performed the burial rites. Her son also got information and identified the body from the clothes and lodged an FIR at police post Halani. Police have arrested two nephews identified as Rehmatullah and Urs, whereas Qurban Ali and brother Sher Khan were absconding.

DIES: One Imamuddin died, when a speedy Mazda (PX- 0029-KYS) hit him near Nago Shah Mori, on Sunday.

He was standing besides his truck (QAA-2255) at Nago Shah Mori, when the speedy pickup hit him.

He was taken to Civil Hospital, Naushahro Feroze in a serious condition, where doctors pronounced him dead.
