Security man shot dead

QUETTA, Nov 21: A member of Balochistan Constabulary (BC) was gunned down in an attack on a checkpost near Chattar area of Naseerabad district on Sunday.

According to sources, some armed men attacked the checkpost with sophisticated weapons, killing Ali Khan on the spot. The assailants took away official weapons, G-3 rounds and mobile sets with them.

Officials of the local administration took the body to a nearby hospital. It was later handed over to the heirs of the deceased.—APP
