MMA to hold public meetings

PESHAWAR, Sept 17: The Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal will organize public meetings in Nowshera, Akora Khattak and Risalpur on Thursday, a press release said.

The MMA central leaders Shah Ahmad Noorani, Qazi Hussain Ahmad and Maulana Fazl Rehman will address the meetings. The Jamaat-i-Islami chief Qazi Hussain Ahmad is contesting elections against PPP leader and former interior minister Naseerullah Babar from NA-5 Nowshera.

Gen Babar is also PPP candidate against Maulana Hamidul Haq Haqani, son of Maulana Samiul Haq on NA-6, Nowshera.
