QUETTA, Sept 17 A judicial tribunal set up to investigate a suicide attack on an Al Quds day rally here on Sept 3, recorded statements of correspondents of four television channels and personnel of Frontier Corps and police on Friday.

The bombing, claimed by the Taliban, left more than 60 people dead. Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Qazi Faez Issa, who heads the tribunal, recorded statements of correspondents of four private channels, personnel of Frontier Corps and police.

The tribunal issued notices to chief of Imamia Student Organisation and Ulema who led the Al Quds day procession to appear before the tribunal to record their statements.

Proceedings of the tribunal were adjourned till Sept 21.
