HYDERABAD: PPP activists hold demo

HYDERABAD, Sept 6: A large number of PPP activists staged a march from Matiari town and also staged a sit-in h on the National Highway to protest against the rejection of Ms Benazir Bhutto’s nomination papers.

They were led by the general secretary of the district chapter of the party and Haji Mohammad Amin Lakho.

A heavy contingent of the Matiari police arrived at the spot and took Amin Lakho to their police station.—Bureau
