Extension of PPO to Fata welcomed

BAJUAR, Aug 28: Most political parties have welcomed the government’s decision to extend the Political Parties Act to Fata, as it is hoped that it would usher in an era of prosperity in the much neglected tribal areas.

Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, leaders of ANP, PTI, JI, and others have hailed the move. The ban on the political activities had badly affected progress in the area, they said.
