HYDERABAD, Aug 23: The University of Sindh announced here on Friday that entry test for admissions in MPhil in different disciplines would be conducted on Aug 24 at 10:30am in the respective departments and institutes.

The subjects of the MPhil are Arabic, Sindhi, Urdu, Commerce, Islamic Culture, Muslim History, Botany, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Computer Science, Geology, Information Technology, Pharmacy, Statistics, Zoology, Economics, General History, International Relations, Public Administration, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Development Studies including Agricultural Economics/Applied Economics.

The concerned students are advised to appear in the entry test in their respective departments/institutes.

The University of Sindh also announced that those students, who were reported in copying case in annual examination of 2001 of MA, previous, and MA, final, are required to appear before the discipline committee on Aug 28, 2002.

Those students who were reported in copying cases in BA, pass, part-I, annual examination of 2001 are required to appear before discipline committee on Aug 24.

ADMISSION: The director, Institute of Business Administration, University of Sindh, announced here on Friday the schedule for admission in MBA, evening programme, for the fall session of 2002.

The admission forms will be issued by the Habib Bank, old campus, Hyderabad, and Jamshoro branches from Aug 26.

The last date for submission of admission forms is Sept 21.

The aptitude test for the admissions will be conducted on Sept 21 at 4pm at the IBA, Jamshoro, and its results will be announced on Sept 24.

The classes will commence on Oct 1.

LUMHS: The controller of examinations, Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, Jamshoro, announced the results of Diploma in Nursing Administration and Management and Diploma in Nursing Education, first and second semester examination 2001- 2002.

RESULTS: The controller of semester examinations, University of Sindh, announced the results of BSc, honours, part-I, II, III, Geology, and BSc, honours, part-II, Physics, semester examination of 2001.
