ARD parties discuss seat adjustment

LAHORE, Aug 22: Leaders of various parties in the ARD met here on Thursday to discuss seats adjustments, specially with a view to putting joint candidates against the most important leaders of the PML(QA).

More meetings will be held to reach some decisions, the participants said after the meeting.

Nawabzada Nasrullah Khan presided over the meeting which was participated in by PPP’s Qasim Zia and Naveed Chaudhry, PML(N)’s Zulfiqar Khosa and Tehmina Daultana, PML(Jinnah)’s Malik Haider Usman and Mian Waheed, PDP’s Nawaz Gondal and Istiqlal Party’s Manzoor Gilani.

Provincial presidents of the ARD components will also meet to make adjustments.
