HYDERABAD, Aug 12: The Election Commission of Pakistan as per fresh delimitations has notified the list of constituencies of the National Assembly, under which the eight districts of the upper Sindh have been allotted 20 seats.

Under the new dispensation, Sukkur district will have two NA seats, Ghotki two, Shikarpur two, Larkana four, Jacobabad three, Naushahro Feroze two, Nawabshah two and Khairpur three seats.

The new constituencies are as under:

NA-198, Sukkur-I: (a) Sukkur taluka (b) Rohri Municipal Committee area.

NA-199, Sukkur-II: (a) Pano Aqil taluka (b) Salehpat taluka (c) Rohri taluka excluding Rohri MC area.

NA-200, Ghotki-I: (a) Ubauro taluka (a) Daharki taluka (c) following areas of Mirpur Mathelo taluka: Yaro Lund Sindh Tapedar Circle (STC), Mirpur Mathelo STC and Mirpur Mathelo town.

NA-201, Ghotki-II: (a) Ghotki taluka (a) Khangarh taluka (c) Mirpur Mathelo taluka excluding Yaro Lund STC, Mirpur Mathelo STC and Mirpur Mathelo town.

NA-202, Shikarpur-I: (a) Shikarpur taluka (b) Khanpur taluka.

NA-203, Shikarpur-II: (a) Garhi Yasin taluka (b) Lakhi taluka.

NA-204, Larkana-I: (a) Larkana taluka (b) Bhangni Kalhora, Sheikh Fojo tapedar circles (TCs) of Dokri taluka.
