LAHORE, Feb 5 Three more matches were played in the Hanif Rajput Polo Cup at the Lahore Polo Club ground on Friday.

In the toughest match of the day, four goals by Hissam Ali Haider propelled HSCB to a 6-5 win against Bank Alfalah. Shah Shamyl Alam and Sufi Mohammad Haris chipped in with one goal each. For the losing side, Ahmad Ali Tiwana (3), Waseem Sial and Fernando Quinto Bourdieu added one goal apiece.

Four goals by Omar Asjad Malhi guided Riva Tiles to a 7-5 win against New Age. Taimur Mawaz Khan (2) and Azam Hayat Noon (1) were the other scorers.

For the losers, Saqib Khan Khakwani (4) and Zubair (1) reduced the margin.

In a one sided match, Diamond Paints/ABL outplayed Army 6- 1 ½. While for the winning side Gaston Devrient struck four and Raja Samiullah netted two, the losers failed to add any goal to their handicap of 1 ½.
