ABBOTTABAD, Nov 6: District Nazim Mustafa Jadoon has said that education and health had been kept as target areas of the local governments to improve the literacy rate and to provide basic facilities to the citizens.

Speaking as the chief guest at the annual parents day and prize distribution ceremony of the Pine Hills Public School and College, he said special attention should be given to character building of the coming generation.

College head Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani presented the report of the college and the chief guest distributed prizes among the students.
