PESHAWAR, July 31: The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (Pesco) provided electricity to 36 villages in district Mansehra and installed 105 transformers in different parts of Hazara division.

A press release issued here on Wednesday said that the company had launched a campaign to provide electricity in remote areas of the NWFP.

Under the campaign about 36 villages in Mansehra district were electrified and 105 transformers installed in Hazara division.

The press release said that Pesco would soon set up new grid stations in the area while Havelian and Haripur grids would be upgraded to streamline power supply. Four new sub-divisions would be established.
