Shifting of Paknet office urged

Published July 2, 2002

ABBOTTABAD, July 1: A large number of consumers, particularly tourists and visitors, of Paknet are complaining of not being able to avail the roaming service at Abbottabad.

Also, due to the odd location of the main office of Paknet in the main exchange of the city, the consumers have to wait for hours to have their problems sorted out. The main exchange is situated in a prohibited area due to security reasons.

Paknet clients have asked the authorities to shift their technical section to a much convenient place.
