KARACHI, June 18: The Met office has forecast partly- cloudy/cloudy weather with chances of dust/thunderstorm in the city on Wednesday.

A report issued here on Tuesday stated that the maximum temperature would range between 37 to 39 degrees Celsius during the next 24 hours, and also hinted at the possibility of rain in certain parts of Karachi.

The low over North-East Arabian Sea and adjoining areas was stated to have turned into a trough, while seasonal low continued to lie over Balochistan and the adjoining areas.

Dust/thunderstorm was also forecast at a few places in Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur and Larkana divisions, respectively.

The highest maximum temperature of 48 degrees Celsius was recorded at Turbat, while the lowest minimum temperature of 16 degrees Celsius was recorded at Quetta, on Tuesday.—APP/PPI
