PESHAWAR, Nov 29: An old woman has requested the President and the Chief Justice of Pakistan to help her, as she claimed, her son had been falsely implicated in a criminal case by her opponents and she had no resources to pursue his case.

The woman, Gul Baha, belonging to Dehri Mian Ishaq, Pabbi village, said her sons Nasrulllah and Dilbar Khan had some altercation with Akber Khan, an influential of the area, during a marriage ceremony, she said in Press release here on Wednesday.

She alleged that in connivance with the local police, Akber Khan, registered an FIR against her both sons and a grandson. One of her sons, Dilbar Khan, she claimed, had to spend four months in prison. She added the life of her minor son, Ikramullah, was also in danger.

The woman regretted that her second son Nasrullah had been in prison for the last one year. She said now she had no money to engage a counsel for her son.
