LARKANA, Nov 14: To recover outstanding dues, the PTCL issued around 1,423 warrants against its defaulters in the STR-V region.
The STR-V region of the PTCL covers Larkana, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, and Dadu districts, the sources in the PTCL said, adding that these warrants were served by 35 police stations of the four districts.
The recovery became problematic due to improper and even fake addresses of the subscribers, the sources said, and added that lack of interest on the part of the department concerned also hampered the recovery drive.
