KOHAT, April 26: A meeting of the syndicate of Kohat University of Science and Technology here on Tuesday discussed proposals for making the salary package of staff more attractive. The meeting, presided over by Vice-Chancellor Zabta Khan Shinwari, also approved names of the faculty members, who were recommended by the selection committee for election to the syndicate.
The syndicate approved the idea of giving name of Iftikhar Library to the new library being constructed at the KUST in recognition of the services of former chancellor and governor Syed Iftikhar Hussain Shah in education field.
