Youth shoots father

TOBA TEK SINGH, June 3: A youth shot dead his father on Monday over a money issue in a nearby Chak 328-JB.

Manzoor Ahmad, a drug addict, had fallen out with his son Muhammad Adeel over the money dispute. After exchanging harsh words, the deceased fired at his son but he escaped unhurt. In the meantime, Adeel whipped out his pistol and shot at and injured his father seriously. He was rushed to the local DHQ Hospital where he died.

City police have registered a case.
