KARACHI: Class XI commerce results

KARACHI, Nov 3: The Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi, on Wednesday announced the results of HSC Commerce Part I (Regular and Private) annual examinations 2004.

A total of 18,596 candidates - 12,307 males and 6,289 females - appeared in the regular group exams, and some 18,168 were declared to have passed in papers ranging from one to seven.

The breakdown of candidates clearing different papers are: seven, 7,359; six, 3,889; five, 2,846; four, 1,814; three, 1,190; two, 669; and one, 401.

Similarly, as many as 5,645 candidates appeared in the Commerce private group exams, and 1,208 cleared all seven papers.

The number of candidates having cleared six papers were 1,358, 1,244 cleared five papers, 930 cleared four, 501 cleared three, 247 cleared two, and 104 cleared one paper only.
