Activist of banned party held

KARACHI, March 27: The Crimes Investigation Department arrested an alleged activist of the outlawed Harkatul Mujahideen Al-Alimi, Habibullah Khattak, in Gulshan-i-Iqbal on Saturday, sources said.

They said that the arrested person belonged to Miramshah and was wanted in a case of firing on Ashura procession in Quetta.

The sources said that his name also figured in the CID red book, which contained the particulars of terrorists wanted in major crimes.
