ASTORE, Feb 21: Deputy Chief Executive of Northern Areas Haji Fida Mohammad Nashad has said that the government is committed to providing basic amenities of life to the people and resolving their problems at their doorsteps.

This was stated by him while talking to various delegations which called on him at his office here on Wednesday.

Haji Nashad said the government had chalked out a plan to convert all the five districts of the region into a fully developed area where facilities like roads network, drinking water, electricity, sewerage system, hospitals, and educational institutions would be established.

The representatives of the delegations apprised the deputy chief executive of the problems of their localities.-APP
