KARACHI, April 24: The University of Karachi has announced the schedule for terminal examination of BSc(Hons) first and second year, first semester 2005. According to the first year exam schedule, the paper of Islamic Studies/ Ethics (compulsory) would be held on May 5, English (compulsory) on May 6, Statistics(s) and Zoology on May 7, Chemistry(s) on May 10, Microbiology(s) and Geography (s) on May 12, Biochemistry (s) and Geology (s) on May 13, Mathematics (s) and Physiology (s) on May 18, Economic (s) and Biostatistics (s) on May 20, and Physics (s) and Botany on May 21.

While the exam of the second year would be conducted as under: The papers of Urdu/ Sindhi/ Bengali/ Humanities (compulsory) would be held on May 5, Pakistan Studies (compulsory) on May 6, Economic (s) and Biostatistics (s) on May 9, Statistics (s) and Zoology on May 13, Physics (s) and Botany on May 14, Mathematics (s) and Physiology (s) on May 16, Mathematics (s) and Physiology (s) on May 19, Chemistry (s) on May 21 and Microbiology (s) and Geography (s) on May 23.—PPI
