Three die in accident

SAHIWAL, April 15: Three people were killed while 12 others were injured, five of them seriously, on Friday in an accident on Lahore-Multan Road near Harappa bypass, some 15kms from here.

A wagon (LXP-1108), coming from Chichawatni to Sahiwal, overturned when a speeding bus hit it from the rear. Yousaf, Falak Sher and another man, unidentified so far, died on the spot while 12 others sustained injuries. They were shifted to the local DHQ Hospital where the condition of Ismail, Master Muhammad Ali, his wife Rani, Zakiul Hasan and Tufail was described as serious.

Harappa police have registered a case.
