KARACHI, April 5: Tariq Gymkhana (TG), Fazalur Rehman Sports (FRS) and Abu Rehan CC (ARCC) won their matches in the KCCA Centenary Inter-club cricket tournament on Monday.

At Tariq Gymkhana ground, TG beat Ghousia CC (GCC) by massive margin of 113 runs. Qambar Ali hitting a fine 80 with five fours in his team’s total of 278-9 in 40 overs and then shot out GCC for 165 in 30 overs. Amjad Islam and Liaquddin took three wickets apice.

Fahad Ansari slammed a match winning 87 with 12 hits to the ropes in FRS’s five wicket triumph over Shama Sports (SS) at New United Gymkhana Ground.

In a low-scoring match ARCC defeated Premier Sports (PS) at Shadab Ground. Syed Azmat Ali cracked an unbeaten match winning 54 with seven boundaries.
