2 girls die in accident

RAWALPINDI, March 21: Two girls were killed after being run over by a car in Westridge on Monday. Police said the two class 10 students, identified as Bushra Sadiq and Sitara Bibi, were returning from their examination centre and crossing the road when a car driven by Sajida Mushtaq hit them.

Sitara Bibi died on the spot while Bushra sustained multiple injuries. She was shifted to District Headquarters Hospital where she died. Meanwhile, two robbers entered the office of a private company in Raja Bazaar and looted Rs357,000 cash. Imran Hussain told the police that two persons entered his office and snatched the cash at gunpoint.—Staff Reporter
