Doctors accused of negligence

SAHIWAL, March 10: Visitors to the District Headquarters Hospital complain that the doctors on duty do not attend them properly.

Some people said 10 patients had died here in the last few days because of doctors negligence.

According to hospital record, those died were Muhammad Ali (cardiology ward), newborn Ghazia, Mehvish and Amanullah (children ward), Hanifan (medical ward), Nauman Siddique, Ramzan, Fateh Muhammad, Riffat (all admitted to medical ward No 2) and Ghulam Mujtaba (surgical ward).

Meanwhile, the MOs of the hospital continued their strike against the public complaints.

INJURED: A trader’s son was injured by robbers on resistance on Wednesday night.
