DHAKA, Jan 3: Bangladesh have recalled teenage left-arm spinner Enamul Haque for the opening Test of a two-match series against Zimbabwe starting in Chittagong on Thursday.

The 18-year-old, who missed Bangladesh's recent home series against India, last played in a Test match against New Zealand last year, his third Test for the national side.

Bangladesh, looking for their first win since gaining Test status in 2000, will also play five one-day internationals against the tourists. They have lost 31 and drawn three of their 34 matches.

The selectors have retained middle-order batsman Habibul Bashar as captain of the 13-member squad. The second and final Test will begin at the Bangabandhu national stadium here on Jan 14.
