Envoy visits Gilani

SRINAGAR, Jan 2: Pakistan's High Commissioner to India Aziz Ahmad Khan visited APHC chairman, Syed Ali Gilani, in New Delhi on Saturday to inquire about his health.

Kashmir Media Service quoted an APHC spokesman as saying in Srinagar on Sunday that the Pakistan High Commissioner conveyed best wishes on the behalf of Pakistani nation to the APHC chairman for his early recovery.

The spokesman said that Syed Ali Gilani appreciated Pakistan's bold stand on Kashmir and said that India should respond positively to Pakistan's constructive approach.

He deplored that Indian state terrorism was continuing unabated in the occupied Kashmir. No headway, he said, would be possible in the India-Pakistan dialogue unless Kashmiris were associated in the talks process to resolve Kashmir dispute. -APP
