LAHORE: Six die in accidents

LAHORE, Dec 6: Six people, including three friends, were killed in accidents in various parts of the city on Monday. Police said Khadim, Aslam and Salim Masih left their houses in Nishtar Colony for Kahna. Their motorcycle was hit by a rashly driven wagon as they got onto the Ferozepur Road. They were taken to the Lahore General Hospital where they died.

Their bodies were returned to their families without autopsy. A case was registered against the absconding driver of the wagon which was impounded by the police. Nadeem, 32, and his cousin Saleem, 26, were on way home when a tractor trolley hit their motorcycle in Sanda. They succumbed to their injuries in the Mayo Hospital.
