LAHORE, Sept 3: The first National Cricket Academy Graduation Class's batch was shown indifferent attitude by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as the 10-weak long course ended without any formal ceremony on Friday.

The PCB had organised a grand ceremony for the first class of National Cricket Academy, the Certificates Award, about two months back. In all, 22 students attended the Graduation Class which is high profile as compared to the Certificates Award Class.

The PCB had a plan to organise a home series for the Graduation Class against South African Academy from Sept 7 but the plan could also not be materialised when the visitors requested to postpone it till some time in December.

Australian great Greg Chappell, South African Test batsman Barry Richards, Australian bowling coach Daryl Foster had given training in the Graduation Class. Meanwhile, the head coach of the National Cricket Academy Aaqib Javed and batting coach Saeed Anwar will attend the Asian Cricket Council High Performance course in Bangalore, India from Sept 10 to 16.
